Can Inkloom generate a logo right now?
No. The models are in development. You can create an account, join early access and reserve credits today; generation is not enabled yet, and we will email you when it opens.
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit Inkloom will charge for generation work. One generation will cost a set number of credits. Because generation is not live, nothing consumes credits yet.
Do early-access credits expire?
No. Credits granted during early access do not expire. If that ever changes we will tell you before it applies, and it will not apply retroactively to credits already granted.
Will I have to pay at launch?
Not to use your early-access credits. They are yours. Paid plans will exist alongside them, and early-access members get launch pricing.
Who owns the logos Inkloom makes?
You will. Full commercial rights to the marks generated on your account, with no attribution requirement. The details will be in the terms before generation opens.
How is this different from asking an image model for a logo?
A general image model produces a picture of a logo — often beautiful, usually unusable: soft edges, unrepeatable, no vector structure, text that is nearly right. Inkloom builds marks from typographic and geometric systems, so what comes out is constructed rather than drawn.
When will generation actually open?
We are not giving a date we cannot keep. The models are in active development; early-access members get emailed the moment the first one opens, before general availability.
What format will the logos be?
Vector, so they scale without loss and can be edited. Exact export formats will be confirmed before generation opens.
Can I use an Inkloom logo commercially?
Yes. You will own full commercial rights to marks generated on your account, with no attribution requirement. The precise terms will be published before generation opens.
Do you train on my inputs?
Not without asking. If we ever want to use customer inputs to improve the models, it will be opt-in, explained plainly, and off by default.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@inkloom.art and we will do it for you. Deletion removes your personal data and ends every session, and any credits are forfeited; we keep an anonymised accounting record of grants because we are required to, with nothing personal attached.
Is there an API?
Not in this version. A public API is on the list once generation is stable.
I found a security problem. Who do I tell?
Please report it to security@inkloom.art. We will acknowledge it, and we will not take action against anyone reporting in good faith.
